He took over first place as the all-time franchise leading scorer. It's a homer pick. I ain't even mad! Flames got two points!

Not now. Looks like his confidence is shot and if he's not gonna get more than 10+ minutes and put in offensive situations (which he really doesn;t deserve atm) he might as well go back to the AHL and try to get some confidence back.

@DarrenWHaynes
Josh Jooris plays a career-high 18:26, goes 7-2 at the face-off dot, was plus-2, and sets up GWG on a beauty pass. He's not going anywhere.

As of right now, we're #2 in the entire league. Bahahaha.

I wonder if Jooris is a legitimate piece going forward. He doesn't really have an impressive resume, pedigree or anything for that matter. He sure is a feel good story though and arguably our best forward tonight.

Rightly or wrongly I know some posters have been hard on Monahan, not happy with his game... but I have to remind some just how young he is and the huge load he's not taking on with both Stajan and Backlund out. It's truly remarkable how good this kid is having just turned 20. Not many 20 year olds are capable of taking on the defensive responsibilities for his team.

Didn't have a perfect game today but my lord when this kid matures like Brodie has this season... an unreal player on our hands.
