I don't think anyone hates Monahan

Monahan deserves an assist on his own goal.

Yeah, maybe it's because I haven't seen him play in the AHL but he is a surprisingly good passer. He holds onto the puck and make plays better than most checking forwards do.

That OT goal shift is more of what I wanna see from Monahan. Runs the Capital player into the boards behind the Calgary net, and then shows good patience with the puck before scoring the winner.

No kidding! He is an incredible skater, and it's so great to see him getting rewarded for the non-stop effort.

What a game! Hiller with some bad bounces and poor plays earlier but stepped up huge when the team needed him. So awesome watching AO lose, especially after that cheap headshot which resulted in a penalty against the Flames. Garbage reffing not even wanting to call the obvious hook on TJ Brodie leading up to the Flames goal.

Monahan with his usual celebration fist pump, all class.

I know the stats aren't amazing, but the fact Hiller isn't a star of the game is a joke.

Nobody hates him and he doesn't have any "haters" unless maybe if you're an Oiler fan. He has been a little off adjusting to playing a much bigger role against top d-men and forwards. He turned it on before scoring his goal. He worked hard in O.T and got rewarded and I hope he continues to work hard and show more intensity.

Best part of the entire game, the replay of the Moneyhands goal where the entire bench stands up as soon as we entered the offensive zone. These guys were jacked up, and hungry.

Jooris and Byron's speed and tenacity has been massive for the flames.

Hiller had a shakey game but was unreal in the 3rd.

Man, at what point do we consider this team to be decent and not just having some positive luck??

I need to vote again in the "center send flames tumbling" thread. They already have the 4 points I thought they would get in total.

If I didn't just see that with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it.

The last 6 years that game goes the other way. Every time.
