About 75% of my playtime revolves around couch co-op. So stupid that they haven't included what is a pretty basic feature.

5 vs 5 online is a blast... or terrible.
All depends if you have morons playing on your team who either go offside exclusively, or choose to play D but only act as a forward allowing non stop breakaways.

I meant I wish there was one to turn them down while simulating games in Be A GM. You can reduce the amount that happen while you're playing games.

So I found my created player. He was on the Ducks. I went back and looked in the player created and it says he was assigned to Calgary...
I'm liking the BAP AMD BAGM modes thus far, but there are a few things that get me. The scouting system is lacklustre. Within the first week of a season I found a franchise D-man playing in the WHL. I decides to test the scouting and oversaw the defencemen in the W for the entire season. For my second round pick I managed to pick up a D-man that was slated as a top 10 pick. His potential was top 2 with high likelihood of hitting it. As soon as I went to sign him (72 overall!!) He was a top 4 AHL D-man will medium likelihood. I know scouting isn't the be-all-end-all but that is ridiculous.
For BAP, I can't sim to next shift and I randomly get demoted. I played 6 games after getting promoted, and played very well. I never got below an A grade on any shift, and scored at just over a point per game. 3g 5a. Demoted back to the 3rd line.

ugh the game is terrible. I managed to some how score on myself by battling for the puck behind my net and the puck somehow going in from under/behind the goal mesh.
Anybody else having issues in scoring ?

My issue is being unable to win faceoffs. In rookie mode, I win every single one. Anything Pro difficulty or above I can't win. Same in online mode. I refuse to play centre anymore because everyone just gets angry at me that I can't win a single one. I've tried every combination and I still can't win one. And it's been like this since NHL'11. It GMG because I consider myself a good player and can play with anyone at any level. But faceoffs....nope.

It's honestly just timing. Pay close attention to what the ref does with his head and arm. Changing up how you win helps too. I'm sitting around 85% on faceoffs in online versus in NHL 14 right now.

I like switching up my stance as well. Backhand face-off draws seem to work, but if I lose a few in a row it tells me that the opponent is adapting, so I change it up to a forehand. If it's a centre that I just likely won't be able to beat, I'll switch it up to a grab and let one of the wingers take it (especially useful on man advantages). I play on all star and win about 40-60% of the face-offs depending on the opponent.

Starting out online in HUT is haaaard. My mostly AHL team gets matched up against teams that are 100% NHL.

Weird glitch in online versus. I had a 5 on 3 going into OT, and the score clock displayed 0:01 on the 2 man advantage throughout the OT, even as the penalties expired normally and players came out of the box.

Is there a way to see players "In the System" in BAP? Calgary just finished second to last and I wanna see who they drafted, as well as the progression of other players.

When I started out HUT, I found most of those teams full of NHL superstars were actually terrible players.

Play a couple games and load up on cheap 79-84 players. Makes a huge difference getting the CHL/AHL scrubs off your team
I recommend picking up Hiller and Ramo when you can. 87 and 85 goalies that cost next to nothing (Because they're Flames)

Yeah, spend wisely and look at the auction house at weird times. Hiller is a great bargain, as are Hudler, Glencross, Monahan and Giordano. Paul Stastny usually goes pretty cheap as well.
Loving the mode.

every game played = ~800 pucks/coins regardless of whether you win or not.
It's fairly easy to use the auction house to upgrade your team to have low 80s throughout the lineup. Also, finding a bargain on a player from a popular team, and them dumping them (buy low, sell high) is typically an easy way to rack up coins. However, this year, more than years past, folks are getting so much quality in their free weekly packs, i just don't see as much opportunity to use this approach as much.
As an example, i pulled bouwmeester (88 ovr) in my weekly free packs this weekend.

My free packs have been garbage. Only decent player I've pulled has been Setoguchi (why is he rated so high in this game?).

the good thing is that the "sell now" value of most 80+ players is about 700, which is typically better than what you'd get thru auction. I am too impatient so do a lot of "sell now" for players that i never intend to dress (i am not big on collecting cards).

Is anyone else getting an occasional faceoff loop glitch? I have a few times on PS4, always about 30 seconds into the second period, it goes back to the opening faceoff.
