Yeah agreed it is a two way street, but I had an interesting conversation with a school principal once. He said that the individuals in a fight often dictate the speed at which he responds to the fight.

My thought process is flawless.

Body image issues are a pretty widespread problem and some people get quite offended by them, but are really going to pacify the whole world to the point where "fat" is viewed as offensive as the N-Word?

Some people just love being offended.

Yes, as someone that was taunted, ridiculed and bullied because of weight to the point of being suicidal, yeah, I may be a little more sensitive to the topic. Just as those who don't know what it is like are totally insensitive to the topic.

Yes, that was 30 years ago, but that pain carried well into my adulthood and I am still carrying a lot of that around with me today.

Everyone has body image issues, the trick is to be cognizant of people who take it to heart vs someone who just brushes it off.

The word fat isn't very complementary which is the problem. A big person is a big person. There's no other way to describe them when it comes to body size for clothes fitting so "big" or "plus" is used. I'm a little on the fence overall as being obese is not healthy and I don't believe being obese should be acceptable for a lot of people. You don't have to be thin. You only need to be at healthy area for your body/weight index and a lot of people (not all) don't have any excuses for being outside of their weight index. It's becoming a big issue in North America and it's putting a lot of stress on our healthcare system.

What really can you do about going bald? It's not like with any amount of determination or dedication you can work your hair follicles into growing hair. You can pay lots of money for hair transplants that may or may not work but really there's not much you can do about it. Most overweight people could lose weight if they really wanted to.
