Web developer/content person had a spreadsheet. They asked for appropriate copy/label from another department for weeks. In the meantime they still had to get their job done, so they said eff it, and put the label in as "fat girl costumes". Assuming it would never be seen outside the development environment.
At every update employee #1 noted that "I need a proper titled for this data", they were ignored. "Test" data from the development environment got pushed to the live site because the photos/prices/descriptions were accurate.

I had a web guy do that on one of my websites. We both laughed pretty hard when we saw it, but this is different. Wow, what a horrible 'accident'. (Using proper place holders is the only way to go.)

that's brutal... Whoever let something like this happen at walmart should suffer consequences. Our society already has such a problematic image issue, particularly for girls/women, and this just feeds into that.
