I didn't really expect them to sell the costume, but I thought the Adirondack Flames would at least respond. So far nothing. Any word from your costume maker yet?

That kid is a legend!
It looks like they just used a lot of red felt and used orange tape for the liner. Doesn't actually look that difficult to make. The most difficult part would be the head, but that's just black cardboard.

I don't why people are always so ****ty towards people's looks on the internet. I know the anonymity means there's no recourse or need for tact or decency, but why not just not post things you wouldn't say to the person's face?
As big as the internet is, it can also be quite small. "Hey X you're famous, check out this Flames message board where people were following this story and your picture got posted, lol.....Oh wait nevermind, they're being pieces of ****"

Yeah...the kid or his family likely reads this board.
I think that the following rule of thumb is solid..If you don't have the cajone's to say something to a person's face (or if its a kid their parents) then don't write it on the internet.
