I agree, Johnny should be given that 4 on 4 time. The kid has to be one of the quickest guys in the league, not to mention one of the most brilliant. Down one goal, you gotta utilize those assets no?

Thanks. They definitely announced a double minor for Orpik.

Yeah I spent the entire 4 on 4 trying to figure out why it was 4 on 4 when a double minor was announced for Orpik.

There are a couple new PP zone entry plays, which I love. Plenty to clean up, particularly mixing up the breakout, but there is some recognizable structure to this team that is actually effective. It's been a while since I've seen that

I like strombo... He seemed a bit out of place at first, but he brings a comfortable vibe to the typical panel.

It actually makes me sad. Guy was a legend, but he should have been put out to pasture a few years ago.

I heard it announced as 2 for boarding, 2 for rough for Orpik and only 2 for roughing for Bollig.

Ovie blocked over 200 shots in his career? I love Kypreos' answer.. 2 for sure I don't think I ever seen Ovie block shots ever so 2 tonight is kind of weird.

I think they announced it wrong. Refs went over to clarify but they still called it wrong.

I'm more surprised it was only roughing. MY best guess is the ref saw Jooris laid out and he made out he missed a call so he let the Bollig blooding Orpik go.

Edit: I thought I heard it as boarding and Checking to the Head.

THAT was the proper intermission. No Leaf fellating, despite the promise of it. Like I said, they aren't watching. Junior numbers prove it, they watch the Leaf only.
