I remember when Calgary had one of the best ice surfaces in the NHL. Pucks seem to skip more than ever nowadays.

That was 100% due to a bad bounce.

That was bad luck more than anything. Looked like the puck took a weird bounce just as Engelland tried to play it.

Engelland fumble but to his credit that was a weird bounce.

Nice to see Hartley throwing Engelland right back out there. Can't imagine his confidence is too high after that, Bob trying to give him some.

The Flames use the stretch pass to damn much. Sometimes is ok but every time is a bit much

They've been using it for too long, a few seasons at least.

He was trying to make a play, and the puck hopped over his stick... Bad luck play, nothing more.

Capitals are looking for it. They are going to need to skate the puck into the o-zone more.

It was a Caps PP. Why isn't the play off the boards and down the ice instead of passing it across the ice while being pressured? Just saying...perhaps it was a poor choice. Whatever, we'll get it back.

The way I saw it, it bounced funny coming off his stick, i.e. he fanned on the puck.

Still a bad play but he shouldn't be crucified over it.
