Wow, just found out that Cpl. Nathan Cirillo was the same age as me. Just hit me harder now thinking of it that way. He was so young.

Image is from Instagram and Twitter.

Story is from here:
http://www.insidehalton.com/news-sto...r-to-shooting/

Based on the images posted of the soldier, it looks almost exactly like him.

The false claims are that this picture is post-event and that 2 soldiers rushed in to stand guard after the shooting.

This photo is circulating now.

It is allegedly the shooter:

From 2 days ago...unfortunately, today was not just another day at work
Thoughts go out to his family and friends. A life taken way too soon. Looked like he was very proud of serving this great country.
Ugh, all his photos are of him and his dog, that dog is going to be always waiting for him to come home now...

You have great insight. Can you link your theory to this other thread?

Thanks

not sure why, but the thought of something as simple as that hits harder than just the photos, news stories, etc.

Granted it's all based on the photo, his family & friends have to deal with the same.

Thoughts & prayers to his family & friends.

This kind of stuff makes me equally sad and pissed off that this is the world we live in.

Seems like a progressive thinker.

In 2009, Vickers was honoured by the Association of Progressive Muslims of Canada, for his "long outstanding service to" Canada, and for his "efforts to promote bias-free policing and diversity in the workplace".[13]
In 2011, he was honoured by the Canadian branch of the World Sikh Organization for his decision that Sikh Members of Parliament could wear their kirpans in the House.[14] In 2013, when Idle No More protestors arrived at Parliament Hill, Vickers participated in a ritual exchange of tobacco with Serpent River First Nation chief Isadore Day.[15]

More heartbreakingly, he was also the father to a Kindergarten aged little boy.

The guy's Facebook and Instagram is nothing but photo's of his son and his rescue dogs. It was obvious what his life revolved around.
