I saw breaking news late on CBCs website that the terror alert was raised due to chatter.

I guess this is it.

I hope everyone is safe and the soldier that was shot is not fatally wounded.

I think the woman just said "I'm not trying to be dramatic, but our nation is under attack."

I don't think she meant to say those exact words.
