Doesn't Tampa know it's guaranteed two points night?

Byron is gonna love that high defensive line tomorrow. The Bolts defence looks so ordinary without Hedman.

Scrivens is apparently in the Tampa net too.

Quinn yells out "Scrivens the save" when Bishop saved the Oilers two on one

I've never high fived anyone because of a call on the ice. A goal, yes. But not a call. The hell?

I guess we're spoiled seeing good defense in the West.

Maybe you haven't, but a penalty shot in game is a pretty big deal. There's nothing wrong with being excited about it.

On the plus side, these eastern teams coming in to edmonton this week could save Eakins job.

Well the Oilers were eventually going to win a game and the way the Lightning are playing tonight could be the one. They look nothing like the team that played Saturday night. Not sure if they have taken the Oilers too lightly or just don't have the legs.

Lightning miss Hedman like the Flames would miss Giordano.

Have to admit...the Oilers look like a different hockey team the last 2 games. They have been pretty good defensively for the majority of the game against the Canucks and now the Lightning.

Stamkos seems to be mostly disinterested tonight and the Oilers just surround him every time he touches the puck. He needs to pick up his level of play soon or the Oilers win this game.

I don't think you're giving the oilers enough credit here. They're playing really well
