He would have no idea the people who were running Terminus were the same people from his old group. As far as he would know they'd all have been dead, assuming he did indeed stab them in the back previously.
Terminus would have been as big a mystery to him as everyone else heading that way.

Well at least our ratio of black guys from The Wire hasn't lessened. That's some good news at least.

Bob was also quick to try and reason with them when bent over the blood tub. Almost as if he knew the Terminus guy could be reasoned with (obviously to no avail).
The more I think about it, the more it feels like something happened at that church (or at least the town) with Bob and the Terminus folks. Like something has come full circle, or revisiting a bad past. Although Bob and Father Gabriel didn't have any specific reaction to each other, so that might be a stretch.

Also gotta say, love the way this season is panning out so far. This was not an action-packed episode, yet they've created an interesting enough story line worth speculating about to maintain my intrigue.
Also watching those guys eat Bob's leg right in front of him was disturbing lol.

Another decent episode. Two in a row, what's going on?
I too think Bob got bit, that's the only thing that makes sense. He was down right after he got attacked in the basement. He gets the last kiss, a much sadder 'one more' this time than those previous, and goes out to blow his brains out. Gets captured.
Now I'm also thinking though, that Termites ate his bitten leg! Course you would think a good cook job would eliminate any infection, but at this point, nothing about the zombies or the virus makes sense anymore so they can do whatever they like.
I am wondering too if Bob had a previous connection with the Termites. But they did have a talk with him in the 'bleed' room. Perhaps that's all they meant by it.
And of course, it appears Gabriel has something to do with the group that took Beth, and perhaps the Termites. Maybe it's all the same group? Several camps maybe?
Watched the Morgan tease again, and I'm thinking that perhaps he had become a Termite at some point? Something is going on there.
Lastly, with all the alone time Carol and Daryl were getting I thought they'd finally knock boots. Haha.

Also, right after Bob got knocked out they focused in in a carving on the tree. Wonder what that meant.

Ah yes, I couldn't recall if Bob was the fourth guy in the group bent over the tub. As Daradon mentioned, that might be as far as the connection between Bob and the Terminus group goes.
Guess we shall see! Have to say, this is by far the most speculating I've done after an episode.

Yeah I didn't notice anything about his history with them. The fact that they had him get grabbed by a walker underwater helps with the bitten storyline, plus the crying after kissing his girlfriend. I'd love to see a storyline where the cannibals finally take off the part of clothing that hid the wound, their reaction and turn into zombies

Pretty obvious from the Gareth dialogue that Bob has some kind of extensive history with the Terminus group beyond the encounter with Rick and co. He was likely either part of their group and betrayed them, or was part of the group that murdered/raped them in the first place (hence the line about cosmic justice).

If that was the case then you would think that would have come up when Terminus had Bob as their prisoner in the last couple of episodes. Nothing like that was mentioned at all, even when they had him lined up ready to be bled out in the tub.

To me it looks like the series will be, at least for a while, the group hunted and picked off in different ways. They'll probably get captured or surrounded and it will be Morgan this time doing a Carol and manages to free them; once he confirms that it's Rick in the group.
My guess.
Also I don't think it has to mean any past history with Bob and the Termites.
Could just be he remembered the convo at the tub and that he said "we can go back".

I also think Bob was bitten. He went from all sunshine & lollipops earlier in the day to balling his eyes out before getting cracked over the head. The sad "one more" and sitting outside in quiet reflection before crying really does make me think he was getting ready to eat a bullet.
I was trying to figure out the cosmic justice reference myself but maybe you guys are onto something. But like someone else said, if he was aware of the termites, why not try to stop the group from going to Terminus?
Can't wait to see what Daryl and Carol are rushing into!

Looking at that trailer now some things are revealed.
Bob's girl (don't remember her name) blames Father Gabriel for 3 apparent missing people. So Bob is either the first of three to get taken by the Hunters, or Daryl and Carroll are the other "two", and by that we can deduce are taken prisoner by the Beth kidnappers.
It looks like the Beth kidnapper group are some more weird people - "the sacrifices we make in here are for the greater good. In here, you're not the greater good. You're part of a system." It looks like the one woman is wearing a police uniform, and they're in some facility like perhaps a hospital. Having seen the first two episodes we now know that that isn't Terminus, which the trailer led us to believe. Looks like we're dealing with another organized "society".
So the big question is who of the 3 parties - father Gabriel, the hunters, the kidnappers - is connected? Are they even connected at all?
I think Bob must have been infected. They made that clear by focusing on the zombie in the water before it grabbed Bob, then the last kiss, and him outside obviously distraught. They wouldn't have done that if he wasn't. So are the Hunters done for already? Did cooking their Bob burgers make a difference? lol.

Meh they've been eating human meat for a while. And seeing as everyone is infected anyway, I doubt eating Bob's leg would make a difference.
More likely they saved Bob's life by cutting off his leg. What a twist!
