On Talking Dead, they said the crazy tattooed guy who was in the one train car was the same guy at the end who tells the Termites that it won't be okay.
Because it's so dark, it's hard to see his tattoos in the final scene, but they do appear to be there.
When did this scene happen, I totally missed it.

So, the bad guys who were torturing Gareth and that lady in the flashback scenes... any non-comic book readers have any thoughts as to who that might be? Seems to suggest there are some even badder bad guys out there who could end up being the Big Bad this season.
From my memory of the comics, this doesn't really matter as this whole Terminus thing is different than the comics.
Having said that, they implied in some of the backstory part of Terminus that the current bad guys, who were in the boxcars being raped/eaten, overpowered those bad guys to "take back" Terminus and were then going to become the dominant 'bad ass' folks.
So, timeline in my only little head seems to go:
Terminus dudes setup a happy sanctuary and welcome all.
Bad dudes come and take over, killing and raping as they go.
Original Terminus dudes somehow get out and overpower the bad dudes, taking back Terminus.
Original Terminus dudes are now "no one better f with us, we'll eat you" bad dudes.
Rick / Carol come along and mess up their poop.
So, there could be some of the original bad dudes that got away from the original Terminus uprising. There are also original Terminus dudes out there (probably) including the leader guy that Rick just winged in the shoulder. Plus there are almost assuredly other bad dudes that we haven't heard of or seen.
I didn't watch the "next week" preview part - was there any hint of Maggie's blond sorta-hot sister? She's the last of the survivors from the prison that is missing, isn't she?
After they escape from the slaughterhouse, The group looks out into the yard where a bunch of walkers are surrounding a train car with someone inside yelling. Rick says that they can walk around the walkers while they're distracted, and Glenn says they have to save the people inside the train car. So, they go out, take out the walkers, and open the train car. A crazed guy with long hair and a long beard and tattoos all over his face jumps out, yelling about them all being the same. He quickly gets attacked by a walker and the group leaves him.
At the end of the episode, after Rick changes the Sanctuary sign, there's another "THEN" flashback. The Termites are all in a train car and the guy brings Tasha Yar back and they grab a young girl who yells out "No, not again". The Termite leader tries to comfort Yar (who he calls Mom) by telling her it will be okay. The big guy crouches down and says, "No, it won't" and walks out, closing the train car door behind himself.
Based on what they said on Talking Dead, the big bad guy at the end and the crazed guy in the train car were the same person.

Yeah thanks I didn't see that last bit, our PVR shut down after Rick took his daughter in his arms.

Spoiler!
I had to watch the flashback to the train car a few times to see if the guy doing the tormenting had a trademark weapon of any sort.
I was disappoint

I'm positive that in one of the between season teaser trailers it showed the lead Termite walking with Rick like they were clearing a building.

On one of the commercial breaks during the Talking Dead, the host's mom texted him to ask "what about Beth?" The director indicated that we will see her story later this season; that "she is somewhere, and she isn't comfortable with where she is."

That was the 4 minute Season 5 teaser. Haven't mentioned it cause there's lots of spoiler in it. But since it's technically a past episode, ya they partner up.

If this is the one you're talking about, it's edited to make it look like they partner up.
Other than the scenes in the slaughterhouse from this week's episode, you don't actually see Rick and Gareth in the same shot when they're seemingly talking back-and-forth to each other.
If you watch the backgrounds of the shots, they don't appear to be in the same locations. Rick looks like he's in the church and Gareth is either in a room with walkers clawing at the windows or possibly outside around a fire.

For those that have read the comics and know lots about the Walking Dead does the story actually end? The one concern I have with TV shows now is that they overstay their welcome and don't really know when to end and when they do end it's an absolute mess (i.e. Lost, in my opinion). It would be nice to know that there is some finality and that we get answers or a resolution of some sort.

Answer spoilered for the hyper-spoiler-sensitive. No actual plot points mentioned...
Spoiler!
No. There is currently no plan to end the story in the comics. The comic recently celebrated its 10th Anniversary, and Robert Kirkman has said he has ideas for at least another 10 years worth of stories.
At some point, the tv series will end, but since its ratings are so strong right now, it will run as long as everyone wants it to run.
Kirkman has also said that he has no intentions of ever solving or curing the zombie apocalypse. It's always going to be about people making their way in the world as it is now.

Wow, the guest on Talking Dead tonight was dim.
He actually had to see someone being eaten (and them acknowledging that was what they were doing) to figure out what was going on??
So prior to getting nabbed - what was Bob's issue. Why was he so upset? Did he get bit or scratched?
That's my guess. Maybe he will have passed something on to "other" folks, but that seems almost too easy for the show's writers to pass to the audience. Gotta be some sort of plot twist.
Either way, Bob's leg looks an awful lot like brisket.
I also thought Bob had been bitten there at the end. But maybe there's more to it than that?
Wondering if Bob has some prior history with the people/leader from Terminus? Almost seemed like it wasn't the first time he and the Terminus leader had met when they were talking at the end. The events of the prior episode not withstanding (can't recall if they ever had any significant screen time together or not..).
I think Bob said he was the sole survivor of 2 other groups prior to meeting Rick et al? Perhaps one of them involved some people from Terminus, including the leader..
Really enjoyed the episode!

Now that you mention this, this makes a lot of sense. Garrett mentioned something about cosmic justice with Bob being the one they grabbed. As far as I know Bob had no significant interactions with Teminus group in the last encounter. I wonder if Bob was involved with the first group that conquered Terminus.

i think Bob screwed over the Terminus group somehow previously. Hence the "cosmic justice" and "you tasted better than we thought" comments after he was caught.
If I were really to stretch it, a twist might be the "You will burn for this" scrawl on the outside of the church being for Bob and not the priest. Might explain why Bob was suddenly so rattled at the end of the episode, coming back to the scene of the crime so to speak. Though we're made to believe he might have been bitten.
That or he was bitten on the leg the Terminus people were eating. In a fortunate twist of fate they saved his life, before all turning into zombies shortly after eating his leg
Haven't read the comics or anything so these are 100% guesses on my part.
