Thanks as always for the update MissTeeks. Damn, tough break (no pun intended) for Sinopoli, can Jabari Arthur get over his fear of catching the football?

No kidding. Arthur got the speed and the height advantage but for some reason he's not using those traits to his advantage. He'll show up one game then dissappears. I hope Charbonneau-Campeau will be back soon.

Brutal... Sinopoli was a great versatile player for the Stamps

Luckily Parker has developed otherwise with Forzani and Sinopli now gone for the year, things would get real dicey at that NI Rec spot. LikeOzsome said hopefully CC is back soon cuz Arthur is terrible.

No one else left, maybe time to give Morin-Plante a call..

Yup, hopefully Parker is over his injury woes because he looked great against the Blue Bombers. Is McDaniel done for the season with his broken hand or is there a chance he could be back for the West final?

I heard McDaniel will be trying to play in the last game of the season. Not sure if it is realistic though.

Jabari Arthur can really dominant if he wants to. I've seen him play lights out before then got injured.

Ho hum, just another two player of the week awards for Jon Cornish:

BREAKING: @JonnyCornish, Dexter McCoil, @K_Lawrence4 named Players of the Week. http://on.cfl.ca/D6J8k #CFL

Despite being limited to just six full games and parts of two others due to injuries this season, Cornish has won eight weekly CFL awards in 2014 — five as Canadian player of the week and three as top offensive player. He leads the CFL with 977 rushing yards and is tops among all running backs with a 7.7 yard-per-carry average. He has five rushing touchdowns and has added 18 catches for 133 yards and one major.

He has to be getting to the point where he's in MOP consideration. I think this year it's got a good chance of going to a defensive player (and Elimimiam probably leads that category), but what offensive player has done more this year than Cornish?

I think Elimimiam has been the best player week in, week out, all season long. Bowman up in Edmonton will get some consideration and then it is probably Cornish. Personally I think Cornish has missed too much time to win MOP, but he'll probably win Outstanding Canadian

There should be a 'crossover' in awards, too. Where if both the best and second-best players in a category are from the West, then one gets to cross over to be the east nominee.

I was actually thinking about this yesterday. I figured I am sure there's one of ex-Stamps Canadian receiver not signed anywhere. I just couldn't remember the name... Good call Huff. Bauman when not injured was actually pretty good for them. The only reason he didn't got signed was because Stamps picked up Charbonneau-Campeau through trade while they still have Parker, Arthur and Sinopli.

Jon Cornish will not play Friday against the Riders. He is a little banged up but just a precaution. We already clinched first place in the West so it doesn't make any sense to push the minor injury more. I would rather have Cornish rest and just play the last game instead. Who cares about the CFL rushing title? Grey Cup championship is more important than individual awards.

Joe West missed today's practice for personal reasons. Questionable for Friday. #CFL

Scott Mitchell@SUNMitchell2m2 minutes ago

Very good chance WR Eric Rogers makes his #CFL debut at wideout for Stamps. The 23-year-old has been on the PR since July.

Marquay McDaniel (broken hand) was eligible to start practising today, and he is. Will return for regular-season finale Nov. 7 in BC. #CFL
