I was actually going to post that exact sentiment

Shots 14-8 this period, much better than 18-2

Scoring Winger
Stick/glove on the skate before the defenders stick makes contact with the puck should be a no call....take a hint from soccer.

Leading Chicago after 40mins in a back to back game, great for the Flames!

I didn't think having a huge heart attack would be a great experience, but so far this game proves that to be the case!

Johnny looking much better this period than in the other away games. Perhaps the team is so tired from killing penalties that they've just thrown him in?

Better 2nd period for sure. Keep it up!
Hiller has been super calm in net.

What's the over/under on the number of Chicago shots in the third?

Hawks must be real frustrated with Hiller. Looking strong between the pipes.

Just think, if Bennett hadn't had a bad shoulder he'd take out a goalie every period.

The only thing I want from the rest of this game is a Johnny goal. Ugh, just get the monkey off his back already.

Not taking a single thing away from Hiller, he's been a rock, but really no highlight real saves. Chicago have put a lot of pucks on the net but haven't really been all that challenging or accurate.
