Someone just needs to trash him on here sometime during the third, and he's basically guaranteed to tie it up.

He's easily been one of our best forwards. I guess if you want to worry about his random giveaways or his sloppy penalties you can call him terrible, but everything else in his game has been the best version of Glencross you can ask for.
The problem with him is always consistency.

Hats off to SN for the great production. The crowd volume is up, I can feel the energy. Ref cam is the most amazing thing ever. I guess they were saving everything to debut this season. I'm very impressed.

100%. I didn't think I'd love the ref cam as much as I do. Going to be a really valuable view going forward and only get better.
The crowd volume has been amazing. There game really is FAR more fun when you feel the rise of the crowd.

Gaudreau is sick, wish half the Flames had his hockey sence. Crazy stick handling and passing but what I've noticed the most is his compete level, rarely loses a puck battle. Hope this kid pots one in tonight, he deserves it.

Our second goal was all Glencross on the forecheck.

He is the polar opposite of Glencross.

One thing that is definitely going to frustrate me regarding Sportsnet/Rogers is them placing a bunch of games on premium channels I don't get.
I don't see the Flames/Oilers game tomorrow anywhere on Shaw basic...despite having 3 Sportsnet channels.

Seriously?? The guy been going in front of the net a lot, trying hit anyone in front of him..what else does the guy have to do? I get it, he made one bad penalty to nullify their power play but come on..

No way I can agree with that. Name me a forward tonight who has been worse? Yes, it is typical Glencross, he has shown up for one, maybe two shifts the whole game. When he pressured to battle for the puck he just turns it over and that penalty he took is just lazy stupid hockey.

I'm actually loving the ref cam for replays. It gives you a new, fresh perspective from ice level. Really neat.

Gotta say I'm really impressed with Sportsnet's national broadcast so far. I really hope this quality continues with the regional broadcasts.
