Ya its always under the Flames games this preseason. It recognizes there is a stream some where on the NHL network site.
I tried last couple of times to no avail.

Question.
Are you able to archive games on Gamecenter and watch them later without spoilers?
Usually work evenings and in the past had Centre ice and used the DVR to record games and then watch them late in the evening when getting home.
Can you do something similar with Gamecenter or is Center ice the only choice here?

Yes, you can.
You can go to settings and turn scores off.
On the Xbox 360 app everytime you enter the app it asks you for scores on or off automatically.

Last year, when in my home, the Game Centre app was as good picture as live. The odd glitch every 10 games but otherwise shockingly good.

Updated app is out. It includes sign-ins for Rogers and NHL accounts depending on which country you're subscribing from.
NHL pumps up GameCenter Live, reinvents mobile app for 2014-15
Edit:
More info from a CITYTV story ( Rogers’ GamePlus puts hockey fans on ice during NHL games)
Quote:
Fans will have access to different camera angles that they can use in various ways at games. They include:
-Follow the puck from one end to another at six metres per second via a Sky Cam, which sits at the 200 level in the Air Canada Centre
-Referee’s helmet features a Ref Cam that lets fans see the face-offs, breakaways and goals
-Goal Line Cam gives a overhead view of the ice, right above the offensive rush
-Get an inside view of the players’ benches, and catch the action from inside the blue line, which is what separates one team’s defensive end from the another
-Follow any player during the game via a Star Cam

So far Bell Satellite is saying the free GameCentre Live subscription that came with Centre Ice will no longer be happening. I tried to get my new code this morning and the CSR said it wasn't happening this season. They often don't know anything but with Rogers taking over, I believe they are probably right.

Just got an email from GCL . It states that National televised games will now be available as well as the Playoffs will not be blacked out.

That's huge! For us cable cutters, do you have to prove you have the channel to access game centre?

I just got texted a promotion code from Rogers for a Free Subscription. Has anyone else gotten a code yet as well? I just used it, and it worked, also no flames games in our territory are blacked out! This might just turn out to be pretty good.

Hmm on the iPhone it says need geolocation to view live games and video content. Guess that would circumvent DNS settings?
Don't really use the app on my phone for actually watching the games but hopefully nothing gets wrecked for AppleTV or PS4, will be a bit of a waste of 99 bucks otherwise.

I'm not too sure how its going to work this year.
They are lifting a huge amount of black outs . Even Hockey night in Canada is available on the app now.
From the GLC site.
NHL GameCentre LIVE™?
How do regional blackouts of games affect my experience?
Most English-language NHL regular and post-season games are available on Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™. However, there are certain regular season games that are subject to certain blackouts, which we are unable to stream.

Nope, DNS services never change your Geo tag.
DNS service will still work for you.
DNS services don't work with carriers signals.
The dns service will work through your home provider tho.
