Timbo: It's easy to study other people's voting patterns when you didn't vote yourself.
Wood: Speaking of voting patterns, when the Bizaro vote got high you called for calm and I'm sure if the voting had gotten to 10 or 11 you would have pulled your vote back to calm the masses. This is what GP_Matt failed to do. He's upset about an RD killing when he himself voted for RD and he was the only other candidate 4 hours from the deadline.

Well we have plenty of time before the next deadline but I am still not buying GP_Matt's explanation that he voluntarily joined another group to aid the town but he is not sure they are aligned with the town.

Reasons I currently believe GP_Matt is light:
1. Voted to lynch RD but wanted to give RD a chance to post before lynch.
2. Joined the Eternals.
-If Matt was mafia, I believe the best 'defense' would be that he was added automatically, and has very limited information on why or what it is.
-If Matt was mafia, I don't believe he would join (if actually given opportunity) due to it looking very suspicious.
-If Matt is town and was actually automatically added to the Eternals, I see no reason for him to lie and say it was a choice.
Therefore, for the time being, I am inclined to believe Matt 100%, despite allegations of suspicious behavior. Joining the Eternals is inherently suspicious, but I hope it can help us in the long run!
I am reviewing the posting history of a few posters currently. Hopefully later on I will have some mafia suspicions or lynch targets to share.

He accidentally miscounts that there were 9 votes instead of the correct 11 votes and accidentally forgot to revote too?
More you look at his posts the more suspicious...maybe even obvious, it becomes.

The defense of well you should have invited too adds suspicion in my opinion as it is flawed. The way we tend to vote is to vote up one person close to lynch, than wait for that person to post a defense. We were in no danger of a no lynch so why did you cast the final vote Instead of waiting. Saying no one else unvoted isnt a defense

I confirmed that I would still be light before accepting whatever the hell it was that I accepted.
I will post more thoughts later today.

If you look back I did post that I would do the hammer vote on Rather Dashing
if it was deemed time. GirlySports slapping the hammer stopped my vote. I unvoted Rathji so I could drop the hammer on RD with less typing and chance off error as I was on my phone until 630 pm.
As for Bizaro86 I did not feel he was Scum and I was busy making a case against Rathji.

I am not upset about the RD killing in itself. I think that given the information we had yesterday it was the right move. It turned out poorly for us, but I couldn't know that at the time nor could anyone who wasn't mafia.
RD had a low post count and someone had to die.
I shouldn't need to pull my vote off to prevent someone else from dropping the hammer, if anything, leaving the hammer there is bait for scum.
In my mind, anyone who rushes the hammer before letting the accused get the last word in is guilty. It is the first round so I am not sure that you did it maliciously, but I certainly have you on my persons of interest list.

Ok, so you claim you joined and you are still light. GP_Matt claimed he joined the other group and is still light. Somebody is lying here.

How ca you say you believe GP Matt is light because he joined the Eternals when you have no idea who the Eternals are or what their allegiance is?

This the post you talking about?
Who's the person you're asking as multiple people had been advocating for a hammer....Seems like you just had your bases covered really.

I agree, but along with girlysports those who were advocating for the hammer are also on my list.

Allof those guys, Girly Sports, mrkaszj44, Delgar, East Coast Flame and Baxter Renegade are on my list.
But Delgar gets my vote because take a look at his posts, he's made multiple "accidents" one that would have resulted in the accidental lynch of RD if someone just wanted to put on the 10th vote instead of the hammer. Now he comes in a votes for Bowser, not Puxlot, but Bowser...

I didn't rush the hammer. I had support from the others. Those that voted 9 10, and 11 and those who asked for the hammer.

While there were others advocating for waiting for a post.
Can we all agree no one will hammer anyone until after a pre death post or 1 hr before the deadline.

Anyone who doesn't has my vote for the next day.
But I still don't think the others should be left off the hook for yesterday either.

really? this would totally favor the mafia.
the only reason we have the hammer is to surprise the mafia. If you are about to hammer scum and continue listening to others advocating and waiting for a post, the mafia will just delay. THEY will be the ones advocating. And what if the post 1 hour before the deadline sounds reasonable, we would have just wasted hours and hours to be more confused.
at some point a decision has to be made with support.

I believe oling may be on to something with the Delgar accusations. I can't argue any of it. His voting of puxlut makes no sense and his confusion during the hammer seems fake and if so that's a very "mafia" thing to do
Another poster I'm a little suspicious of at the moment is Dissentowner. I feel like he didn't post much or contribute in the first day, and now he's leading the charge today against gp_matt. It's not that I disagree that there are some questions that need to be answered about Matt, but Dissentowner went from the background (in my eyes) to attacking a guy with the same passion as if he was David Jones
Not enough for me to consider voting him or anything, but I've just taken notice of him so far on day 2

I don't think either of us is necessarily lying. The eternal group seems to be faction neutral. I assume they have an agenda but do not understand what it is.
I do know that the group can't make me do anything and I couldn't see the downside in joining.
This game would be way too easy if the front page showed a direct clue to our alignment. I think we will see more people offered membership to these groups over the course of the game and following the pattern their names will be altered. If one group was clearly darkness it would just be a matter of picking them off near the end of the game for certain victory.

Actually reading his post history in the thread I think I mistook some posts by Dissentowner today. Ignore my suspicions of him for now
