No, but you could be a student at the UofC and join ISIS. I can play that game too, it doesn't mean anything. He clearly said he did not know if the group he joined was aligned with the town.

Starseed, GGG, and GP_Matt wanted to give RatherDashing a chance to speak. For that reason I think they are light.

Starseed and GGG wanting to give RD a chance and voting for GP_Matt makes sense
GP_Matt wanting to give RD a chance and voting for RD makes no sense
And seeing that Starseed is Guardian and GP_Matt is Eternal..
Vote

How did you get into this chat thread? I obviously missed it. Was the link in the Lynch post? I don't want to miss it next time
I'm trying to catch up on my phone while walking around at work, so I'm probably missing some details
I don't see the logic behind any of the votes thrown out already. Mazrim said roles are not related to character, so I don't understand the puxlut vote. Seems like GGG is exaggerating about mrkajz based on what drury stated

Everything GP_Matt does to me seems rotten. Way too many vague and half responses.
I think if we get a flip for GP, this might tell us a lot, including maybe something about this eternal thing. Because GP sure as hell isn't telling us about it.

True, but he was assured his loyalties remained with the town. Sure it could be a risky decision, and we seem to have dissenting opinions on the merits of it, but I can't blame him for taking an opportunity that he (likely) saw as a chance to gain something for the town.

I think this is a dangerous path. Every time we lynch someone the day ends and the mafia has a chance to lynch. In the morning we have significant new information. Planning tomorrows lynch before the information comes in can't be in the towns favour.

Pretty much what formulate said. I saw an opportunity to gain info/power for the town.
I don't know what the group is trying to achieve, but my victory conditions did not change and I couldn't see a downside to the offer. The auto-vote against me is clearly a downside though.

Also, how has no one mentioned that there were two deaths last night.
Do you think this is a mafia/serial killer or two different mafia factions or some new setup that we aren't aware of?
To GirlySports, voting for someone and wanting to hear their response is not mutually exclusive.

My intent wasn't to mislead. As obviously there were a few of us in the chat who have copies of everything that was said.
In the lynch flip mazrim posted a link to a myopic. After 15 min the topic and link were deleted.

Is it to early to examine voting patterns?
We have two dead townies one was on the verge of getting lynched (Bizaro86)and the other who did get lynched (Rather Dashing). If we believe scum dogpiles then...
People who voted for Bizaro86
Starseed,Mrkajz44,GP_Matt, Oling_Roachinen,Baxter Renegade,formulate,Devo22,Wood,Girly Sports
People who voted for Rather Dashing
Puxlut, formulate, GP_Matt, Baxter Renegade, dissentowner, mrkajz44, devo22, Wood, East Coast Flame, hmmhmmcamo, Delgar, GirlySports
Okay who crosses over here: GP_Matt, formulate,Baxter Renegade, devo22(townie RIP)Wood,Girly Sports.
I did not vote for either which could be seen as a pattern in itself.
I am guessing uneducated that 2 scum participated in the Rather Dashing
lynch.
GirlySports sprang the hammer (not proof of anything)
but comes up twice in the list. GirlySports has not been to active in the hunting aspect IMO and has given posts which I call delaying deflective.
That and the fact Yoshi gives me the hebbee jebbees makes me very suspicious.
Girly Sports, is on my persons of interest list.

Yes. When Mazrim posted the flip for RD, there was a writeup underneath what RD's flip info was. It was out on the board for anyone to click on and post in (come to think of it, anyone could include anyone on CP or the internet since it was a completely open thread link).

Now that I understand Delgar's vote, I feel that I don't need to defend myself. That reasoning was weak and shady. At the beginning I thought there was a tie in with the characters, but after re-reading Mazrim's opening post and it being repeatedly pointed out by other people, I know that it means nothing. It's just to make it more fun. Now I have Delgar on my radar.
Did GP and Starseed volunteer or choose to be an Eternal/Guardian or were they chosen?

Girly Sports is on my suspicious list too. Not posting much and when she did post it's been pretty plain and not adding much. Seems like she is actively trying to blend into the background.

I think Delgar's extremely odd voting for you, not because of anything you did but because you were Bowser, is odd. Almost like he was trying to deflect attention away from everything else.
On top of that he was the 11th vote for RatherDashing, supported the hammer dropping on him early and "accidentally" miscounted how many votes RatherDashing had. A ploy to get someone to accidentally cast the hammer?
He's at the top of my list.

Hey everyone - I see there has been a ton of activity this morning. I have two people job shadowing me today so I likely cannot catch up until tonight. Just a heads up that I'm not trying to be silent or anything.
Stupid work getting in the way of my fantasy game!

This was right after the hammer was cast. He "accidentally" thought RD had 9 votes instead of 11 and was able to correct his math seconds after the hammer kills RatherDashing.
Making accidents that would have ultimately lead to the death of a townie if someone wanted to just put a vote for RD instead of cast the hammer.

As much as Timbos post points at me (I was in both the RD vote and the bizaro vote) I agree its a good idea to keep track of voting patterns, even this early
Even more important than the vote though is the reasoning and logic behind each vote though. There isn't much logic in the votes this early in the game, but if someones just piling on without a reason or is sneaking votes in that's what I find suspicious at this point in the game
