Thanks to Chaotic monk for the pass! Just ordered. Bye Bye contracts. My only issue is finding a sim card that fits. Hesitant to use one of those "adaptors" after they destroyed a phone of mine.

Congrats on your purchase. You may not want to cut your current sim either so that it fits. Some older sims are not LTE enabled or limited in one way or another and will not work.
New sims are only $10-$25 on most carriers anyways and may be less trouble.

If you are coming from the S3 your sim card should work in the One+ One as well. Both of them use micro-sim cards.

So far only for the Nexus 5, HTC One (M8) and LG G3.
I can only assume they'll come out with glass for the OnePlus. I don't see why not.

Installed!
Installation wasn't as hard as I thought it was. Although technically you don't need any additional tools aside from what is provided by Oneplus, it was much easier to use my own plastic case removal tools.
Back appears to be a layer of bamboo veneer laminated onto the plastic back. The veneer itself feels excellent and smooth, though there are some imperfections in the actual grain of the bamboo itself. That is to be expected from a product like this.
The added thickness of the bamboo raises the case above the bottom of what would normally be a protruding camera. The 1+ logo itself is painted on and I do not know how durable it would be long term. Color of the plastic back mostly blends well, though there are some places it doesn't feel quite right with the bamboo colour. Overall a nice quality product... though the bamboo one will be hard to come by. White is available in quantity and is reasonably priced.

No one knows about dbrand, yet. It just came out.
I'm biased towards dbrand, though. Being Canadian gives them the upper hand, in my opinion.

Yeah, but the quality of glass should be the same as the Nexus 5, G3 and M8? 30 bucks for a temp glass is expensive... but if the quality is worth the price, then I might buy one, especially since it's a Canadian company. Orzly is 16 bucks and has great reviews..... hmmm decisions.

If you've ever seen dbrand skins, then you know the quality and fit is simply the best. I can only assume it'll be the same for their glass. They wouldn't bring out the product unless it met their strict quality standards and ease of application. Trust me. I know.
That being said, I'll be ordering one. They were supposed to go up tonight...but they haven't yet.

Good to know....I was under the impression that the S3 used the "nano" sim, but it looks like your are right.

If anyone still wanting the phone and hasn't been able to get an invite from someone on the forum, Oneplus is doing an invite giveaway with the first 20k responders getting them as a pre-roll before to pre-orders
https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/t...arm-up.132911/
EDIT: And they're all gone. 20k sold in a span of an hour. Seems to be a lot of pend up demand still... CP is really well served apparently.
