It's funny you should say that. He admitted to not being very at Mario when he was younger.
Just need to clear out the outside of the Supplicants and we should be able to clear it.

So for the Crucible folks, what am I not understanding about PvP? I just don't seem to get it. I can toss a grenade, pump some bullets into a guy while he sprints at me through my solar grenade then slap him with my melee when he gets into range and then somehow I get killed by his melee attack and watch him trot off with half his health left.

How do the health bars work? It always seems I have to blast through the white part of the health bar before the red actually starts going down. Does everybody get a damage shield or is that just the way the health bars work?

Are all weapons and armour negated to some default value? I did a bunch of Clash matches with some guy who was entirely outfitted with green items who tore everybody to shreds every time. Like every match this guy walked away on top with 30+ kills and it seemed like it only ever took 3 bullets for him to kill anyone.

Should I look for items with fire rate over impact? What do you guys have your Look settings at? What stats do you favor? I have Recovery highest, Armor next and Agility is low - matched to another Warlock who was kicking butt in a few rounds I was in.

So I hit level 20, and now I'm expected to get items with Light upgrades? Is it best to do strike playlists?

Titans get shoulder charge, a powerful melee attack if they sprint for a few seconds (1 hit kill in PvP), so that could be your first issue. All weapons and armor are set at a base level for PvP, so absolutely a green weapon could be better than a purple if it has desirable bonuses (stability is key above all else for auto rifles, the most popular gun choice). Also go with armor first in PvP, agility is next to useless

Do we have an XBone Clan set up and where do I join, lvl 26 almost 27 and looking at getting in to raiding. I have two other buddies that are 26 that will join too.

Back from Vaykay and just beat the raid. So glad I got that last fight down.

Finally managed to my alternate Titan to Light 26. Getting to 27 at least shouldn't be too bad. Even have more than enough legendaries/exotic primaries to share.

However materials to upgrade both my warlock and titan now...the next several hours with this game is going to be spent farming materials. Not too difficult, but not exactly exciting stuff. Would much rather run strikes or PvP but neither would give me what I need.

Those materials are used to upgrade guns and armor, don't waste it on rep turn ins like I did.

There are the Queen's Bounties where if you complete them (easy stuff like killing the 1st boss in the entire game at Lv2), you get a 'Kill Mission' where it sends you to a Lv24 mission to complete, giving you a legendary item. Usually it's a helmet or chest piece but that's a relatively easy legendary piece to get.

Depending on what console you're on and if you're playing tonight, I could help carry. Today is the last day for the time being to complete these mission.

Aside from that, horde Vanguard/Crucible marks and just buy them. Same with strange coins.

I've competed a bunch of the bounties, but haven't attempted any of the kill missions since they're 24.

Just beat Atheon on Hard mode. A person got the Vex Mythoclast, another a Vision of Confluence.
Me? I got shards. Well that and the legendary sparrow. Which is actually badass in how excessively fast it can go, but a weapon would have been nice.
