I haven't even rooted mine, which is a first. Coming stock with CM and no bloatware, this is the first phone I've ever used that I don't feel the need to clean up or tweak

Should get mine tomorrow and think I will root, but only so I can enable more functionality with Tasker.

Other than that, I'm looking forward to CM... can't wait!

I think you got lucky if you do get yours tomorrow which is good because I heard OnePlus is cancelling most of its orders because they don't have enough in stock.

As a few of you pointed out in the forums on Monday, the OnePlus servers recently experienced some heavy traffic load.

As a result, our platform team implemented a solution in the form of a caching module. Enabling cache allows us to serve pages faster and better manage server resources for dynamic pages.

The caching module demonstrated great results on pages such as the blog and the product or accessories pages. This is exactly what it was meant to do however it did cause unexpected behavior which may have led some users to see incorrect content in their shopping carts.

As soon as we realized this, we disabled the caching module and instead added additional servers to balance traffic. Service was restored quickly but the limited number of affected orders will be cancelled by our team.

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you, refund your payment and re-issue you an invite. If your checkout process was not completed, we will also send you an invite to order the One. We are currently in the process of notifying affected users; if you know your order was incorrect you may also contact us at una@oneplus.net. Yah, I think it's a good thing that they were canceling orders, at the first sign of issues. Better than taking a bunch of order money and then having people going nuts on you. I say good on them for catching it. Other people on their forums don't see it that way.

^ wish I could help. I'm still trying to figure out if I can change the "apps" icon on the main screen. I've got an icon pack installed, and it's working on all the other icons, but this seems to stay the same.

Yea... A white and a bamboo one. Aliexpress has pretty much everything and right when they were released the sellers were putting them out for retail North America prices. Bamboo ones were released a month ahead of the North America launch at Chinese mainland prices which the resellers would sell at North American retail prices as profit. Now the Bamboo ones are being massively scalped so you may have to wait for the official limited supply sale this month from Oneplus.net. White style swap are still available at retail from aliexpress so you save the shipping compared to ordering from direct from oneplus

The installation instructions look fairly straight forward and doesn't look as scary as I thought they'd be. Will post something later
