My brain hurts. I think we should vote out GP just because the negative impact of him being a cult leader is higher than the negative impact of hitting a mafia member with lynchproof abilities.

This is all based on speculation, but the OP's explanation of GP_Matt's role (or alignment) is too ominous to ignore.

I am not changing my vote to GP Matt because I am not sure he is lynchable this day after that power was triggered. I would rather take a sure lynch then us flip back to him and we waste a lynch and get nobody.

At the time this went down (9:30is this morning) there was no movement to RD. There is a chance GP Matt is protected. We can get him next day. Clearly he is not telling the truth, in the meantime lets focus on a target where a lynch will occur.

What is GP_Matt vote up to though?

There were 11 votes for RatherDashing, 6 for GP_Matt and now Starseed (who was voting squiggs96) has voted for GP_Matt. That's 18 people voting who should be voting for one or the other. There's no risk not to lynch. It's just a question of which one of them does. And I'm also suspicious of the people who didn't want to hear from RatherDashing and now are using the no-lynch as an excuse not to vote for an apparent third party.

Right now GP_Matt has admitted to joining a neutral third party, and I don't see why we would keep him around. Especially when it wasn't brought up at all when he had 11 votes on him and was about to be lynched.
