I figured it out. It sounds like Wills is saying "quarter", not "cooter". BUT, cooter is funnier so let's stick with thinking he's saying that.

Agreed. He'll likely be one of the next cuts. Needs a lot of seasoning in the AHL still, but I think he's got decent NHL upside.
