From my POV I would have never assumed he had poor reception or none at all, also there's no reason to assume have wifi all of a sudden tonight of all nights

It seems like Matt knows something we don't know. Most logical explain I can think of is he was told that in the Mafia thread and assumed he also mentioned it in the thread with the same amount of detail

There's no way anyone on light side could know that info, and its strangely specific info

I did a bit of reading their other posts, and it seems pretty likely to me that ratherdashing lives in Calgary based on context, and GP_Matt's location is set to Grand Prairie. So while it's not impossible they know each other well enough to know what the other would be doing in the evening, it seems pretty darn unlikely to me, and by far the best possibility so far.
