Soulful, neo-classical banjo music played by some of the most technically proficient musicians on the planet? i say yes:

Metallica's work with a symphony really divided fans, but I really loved their version of Call of the Cthulu:

And I'm not sure how Orion can be a version of a song that was wrote four years later. Not that I hear a similarity between the two anyway.

This was one of my favourite bands before they broke up. For a band that was labelled "screamo" and put on very loud shows, they had a group of musicians who were quite talented. This entire LP was different from their normal stuff, but this song was completely off the wall for them.

He wrote the Dminor riffs though, and it's not that they have similarities. They are the exact same with identical notes, but Ktulu is way easier to play. Orion a version of what? It doesn't resemble anything from Megadeth as far as I know.

Matata's videos didn't show up for me at first so I thought you were calling Orion Metallica's version of Hanger 18.

This is the one I was going to post. I bought the DVD set of the concert way back. I think it's awesome.

Mechanix by Megadeth has the same riffs as Four Horsemen by Metallica as well.

I was going to post La Villa Strangiatio but I was beaten to it so I'll go with some good ol' Led Zep.

Love me some progressive house music.

Sasha's Rabbitweed is probably one of if not my favorite electronic songs ever.

Another older house song...

And something a little more current.
