Training Camp news from around the league
Thought maybe a thread about training camp news from around the league might be a good idea.
“@MolinariPG: Crosby and Malkin will be held out of the start of camp as a precaution because of unspecified training injuries, Penguins announce"
“@DetroitRedWings: Per Ken Holland, Anthony Mantha will miss the next 6-8 weeks with a fractured right tibia.”

Make fun of the pens but they're still going to be a really good team. I wonder if any injuries (like Timonen) are going to force teams into making trades. The way some of our rookies played, I wouldn't mind sending out a vet or two to make room.

Flyers signed MDZ because of Timmonen's clotting issues. I doubt Philly is going to be too active on the trade front to address the D.

I dont think anyone is arguing that, but they arent as good as they could be and they certainly arent as good as they should be, especially in the playoffs.
