Just hit Level 24 tonight and got an Exotic Bounty which when I finish the bounty chain will give me a 396 Damage Pulse Rifle!
I am now doing 25 strikes as one of the requirements.

So I tried the lvl 12 moon strike for the first time and breezed through it, thought it was too easy actually. Then I immediately queued up again for it for more loot but this time it was 3 wipes at the end boss before I had to call it a night. Really hoping to find some regulars to group with for strikes because the matchmaking is such a crapshoot

I haven't experienced multiplayer except when the happen to be on my level doing totally different things than me

Granted, if you're level 4 you've probably only been playing for two hours or so...

Hey Stryker, you were in a ps4 chat party last night with my buddy and his friends but didn't see you doing the patrol runs with them (I was too low level to join)

So I played by myself and got a few levels. I think I'm 11 now.

Trying to compete the 9k experience without dying bounty. Closest I got was 7k some then I fell off the sparrow as I hit a rock and I fell into the red water on Venus and died cause of the map. That's frustrating haha

Hah, nice. Yeah, I joined that party because I saw you in there, but you dropped out shortly after so I listened to your pals for a bit and then dropped out to mess around on my own for a bit. We need to a better job as a clan of reaching out and connecting with each other. There's plenty of us, no excuse for any of is to ever have to tackle something solo, unless that's your thing of course!

Yeah I did the moon strike first play through as well. It's just a matter of knowing the safe zones in the end map for when you get overwhelmed and making sure when one or two players go down that the remaining player isn't trying to be a hero. I've actually found the matchmaking pretty good as it's pretty seldom that there's a hopeless case bringing the other two down.

Ah ok, haha I thought you knew them too or something. I'm usually too afraid to ask for help from you guys because you're all higher levels. Not really sure if you guys would like to go to weaker areas and help me plow right through the stories and bounties.

While everyone complains about the loot system, the cool thing is you can go kill lvl 1 mobs and still see engrams of blue or purple colour drop once you're past lvl 20. You ca also complete bounties that would be tougher elsewhere (melee 30 enemies without dying, or get 9000 exp without dying, etc.

So there's always a benefit to revisitin lower lvl areas to play with people.
