personally i have been a bit disappointed with klimchuk. Thought he'd be more of an offensive threat. Hopefully he gets sometime on the PP to show us his stuff.

Personally, i think klimchuk has had a very quiet few games, hoping to hear of him more tonight.
I've really been impressed with Klimchuk's play. He has great hands and has made some really smart plays offensively, while being competent defensively.

I think he is going to [eventually] make the big club for sure.

If Klimchuck gets his offensive numbers going, could he be a suitable replacement for Glencross? In the future I mean as I don't know if he's close to NHL ready. I think if he turns out to be a defensive forward who can play the body and chip in offensively on occasion and be a good PK specialist then it would be amazing. I just don't see top 6 out of him, or haven't yet.

Glencross is a 25-30 goal scorer (without injury). I'd be ecstatic if Klimchuk got there

As our starting lineup against the Canucks, we should roll out:

Ferland - BVB - Smith
Kanzig - Sieloff

Wanted to say watching the games so far that Steinberg has made a pretty good colour commentator in the broadcasts. Maybe he doesn't have that ex-player insider knowledge, but he's been fun to listen to regardless. Maybe that's something he should pursue in the future with the big club?

I agree, I have had a few people take exception with my grading of Klimchuck. Have said all along that he will be the perfect third liner/penalty killer. Have seen him play many times and his game just isn't built like a to six forward, he just doesn't have that top end speed, nor the top end playmaking/finishing. But as I said before, every team needs third liners and really good teams have third liners with a complete toolbox but more geared towards the defensive side of the game but can move up or down the lineup and chip in with some offense.

Having taken in the games live, I've been impressed with Klimchuk. Mostly with his gritty side. Definitely more sandpaper to his game than I would have thought. He's actually reminded me a bit of Glencross.

I know from watching him quite a bit in the dub he's got a great shot and a nose for the net, so hopefully he can carry that side of his game over to the pros. A hard nosed guy who can chip in some goals would be a great addition moving forward.

They mentioned YouTube as a possible stream, is this a live stream? or watch it after the game? Looking for a way to stream this to my Chromecast.

It's a livestream, I used the youtube app on my iPad to stream it to the Chromecast and it worked great.

I couldn't find the link to the live feed on YouTube during last game.
How do you get there?

Editing in one more thought, Arnold hasn't quit a shift yet. He stood out to me by being the hardest working guy on the ice. I don't think he will have any problems playing the system in this organization.
I too have really noticed Arnold. He's very underrated. One of the reasons Gaudreau and Hayes were so effective at Boston College was that Arnold had their backs defensively.

I like his enthusiasm, you can tell he really he enjoys the job, unlike some other guys (Simmer). With more experience I can see him doing the job full-time. The ex-player inside knowledge issue doesn't seem to affect Lombardious.

I guess Klimchuk won't be improving on that Nilson/Nieuwendyk/Iginla legacy, unless he scores a few Stanley Cup clinching goals for the Flames in the future. Here's hoping he becomes a playoff god.

As for Arnold, his play reminds me of a slightly shorter Craig Conroy.
