Flames Young Stars: Flames vs Canucks. Sept 15, 6:30 PM MT. Stream, Fan960

Free stream available on calgaryflames.com, the Flames app, and the Flames youtube channel.

Fan 960 will also be carrying this game live.
Alternatively you can also check canucks.com if the Flames feeds don't work for you.

Flames roster:

Canucks roster:

Roster notes:
Been reported that Gaudreau is unlikely to play.
Flames invites D Carl Neill and LW Brendan Bell have yet to play in any games so likely they get in to tonight's game unless injuries are keeping them out.
Flames invite G Matt Mancina has only backed up and may get the start, unless Flames management wants another look at McDonald.

Pre-game skate will be at 11:30 AM Calgary time, so lines will be announced around that time.

I guess they're just estimating his weight since he's carried the team the last few games

The one from the Flames site was pretty choppy for me on Saturday, the youtube one seemed better. But the Flames feed was good for the first game.

I hope Smith or Kanzig crush Shinkaruk tonight. I can't stand that guy.

I hope they're only messing with us and Gaudreau ends up playing to dance around Shinkaruk's line for another highlight goal.

If not, Benett-Granlund-Ferland, please.

those stat lines are BS. Granlund had 3-4 points in game 1.

I'd like to see a Agostino - Arnold - Carroll line, because I can see this as a solid 3rd line in the AHL.

After watching a couple games of each team, I think Calgary will beat Vancouver and Winnipeg will beat Edmonton easily.

the best team in the tournament has definitely been winnipeg in my opinion. Petan, lowry, ehlers, etc, have looked very good.

Ehlers looks like he's going to be a really good player.

was listening to TSN radio this morning on my drive to the gym, and dreger was on, and they were discussing the leafs prospect tournament.

They were talking about how good nylander has looked and the chances of him making a push for main camp. Dreger caught me completely off guard when his response to the question was along the lines of being patient till the kids are mature enough to handle this, and he stated something like (paraphrasing) "well just look at calgary with johnny gaudreau and sam bennet impressing and turning heads in their games, yet all indications point to, at least bennet, going back to junior this year"

Well none of them are on the top scorers list.

Maybe in that one game against CGY (mind you we had a lot of rust early on) but if they are playing well, then it's not on the scoresheet, apparently. But Ehlers did look good in that game in particular.
