What a huge 2nd half for both defense and offense!! A complete opposite. Not sure what was said in the locker room after the first half but you can see the fire on the eye on some of the players. Even Keon Raymond said it on the interview..smash mouth football.

Offense : Hats off to the Offensive Line for blocking for Cornish. This group is decimated by injuries and you have a rookie Lavertu(replacing injured veteran Federkeil) and Bergman(replacing injured Craighead) as guards. RB Jon Cornish rushed for over 200 yards today and was the difference in this game. If he doesn't win both Offensive Player and Canadian Player of the Week, then there is something wrong with the voters. What a great game by SB Nik Lewis. I think he had 6 catches today and made some good blocks as well. Hats off to Drew Tate as well for coming in the game after BLM getting hurt and guide the Stamps to a win. I guess BLM's record is still the same.. no decision for him today's game.

Defense : After getting burned on 4 TDs in the first half, defense came back strong. They pressured Ray a lot and the secondary coverage was much much better. I thought DeQuin Evans, Junior Turner and Quinn Smith played well after Hughes and Bolden left. LB Deron Mayo was awesome especially in the 2nd half.

Huge win unfortunately a few players today. SB Marquay McDaniel did not play after he got hurt. We lost DE Charleston Hughes, DT Demonte Bolden and QB Bo Levi Mitchell due to injury. Of all the players who got injured, I think Bolden might be the worst one. Definitely dissapointed in the first half with both offense and defense. Even special team's play was messed up. Refereeing I thought was so-so. They favored the Argos more but Stamps also got a break on one with Turner pulling Ricky Ray's face mask for a split second that was called. Argos defense played dirty all game delivering low hits on Cornish and others. Not sure I blame Shea Emery on BLM going down though. He doesn't have any choice but to stop BLM. Unfortunately BLM went akwardly with his left knee getting twisted a bit.
Anyways, I am glad they came back and won otherwise I would be ticked off the rest of the night. I just hope Stampeders does not give bad teams free pass.

I find it puzzling you have "Fan" as part of your username as I have never read anything you've ever posted that hasn't been negative and bitchy. The Stamps could go 18-0, win the Grey Cup, then challenge for and win the Superbowl and you'd still be complaining they could have won TWO Superbowls if they would just clue up and run the ball more.

Huf's regime has usually been great at second half adjustments.

The amazing thing is that right now I probably take Tate over almost any other QB in the league except for Ray. Amazing depth this team has at all positions. I'm actually more worried about losing Hughes than BLM.

Guys on 770 said they saw BLM leaving the stadium with his knee wrapped and on crutches. Presumably heading to the hospital.

My guess is BLM, bolden and Hughes are all out long term, if not remainder of the season.

None of those injuries looked good at all

BLM and Hughes doesn't look that serious. I think they took them out as precautionary. If they miss games, I am thinking just one game. Bolden, on the other hand is more seriously since he had the knee and ankle injury in the past. But I could be wrong.

I guess we will see soon. Both BLM and Hughes looked serious to me. Especially Bo putting zero pressure on it on his way off. I think Hughes is worse than he was letting on too. He's a tough son of a bitch.

Dear god I hope I am wrong though

PS any time a player is taken off on the cart it is usually not precautionary.

Just came back from the game and man... if there was one game the whole season to watch, it was this one

Watching the Argos dominate in the first half just deflated the hometown crowd

but the 4th quarter... oh the 4th quarter! I have never seen McMahon as loud and energized in my life! The Stamps sidelines felt it, as their staff and trainers were pumping the crowd up too. People were on their feet on the tying play and refused to sit down

TSN's Rob Black said the biggest come back in CFL history was a 27 point deficit. Perhaps this is #2?

Cornish is an amazing athlete he put the team on his back and said follow me boys.
That right there is a leader.

We just witnessed Stampeder and CFL history with that incredible come back. What a second half performance.
Not a fan of Tate, mostly because of his hot dog attitude but you have to give respect when respect is due. Stepped up and pulled out some clutch plays.

I know a lot of people are writing off Nik Lewis and such but I do think he is contributing in somewhere else other than catching the ball. When he talks, his teammates listen. He is such a good blocker and always know his role. Lewis and Cornish are definitely the leaders in this team. I still can't believe Cornish is sitting in 3rd place in rushing right now and he missed 6 games. Imagine him having not missed a game, he'll be a runaway #1 right now with probably over 500 yards ahead of 2nd place guy.
