Yes it is. The picture is reversed. Front facing cameras on phones do that for some reason.

Whether or not it's because it's a front facing camera, it does look to me like that picture is reversed/mirrored.
Look at Monahan's iPhone. The cameral lens is on the wrong side of the phone.
