I think it's too early to get rid of Stajan. We do need a centre spot open for Bennett or next years pick though so I'm hoping Backlund and Monahan can step up this year to make Stajan expendable. His 4 year NT contract may become a problem.

Surprised at the number of Gio busts. Not many expected this to continue. Probably a less sexy boom than Johnny, but probably the biggest one

I like Backlund, I really do, but he has not demonstrated that he can be a consistent NHL top 6 center, largely due to health reasons

Bust: Gaudreau isn't going to play well enough to make the big show and will be mediocre in the AHL. Sven will play reasonably well in the AHL, but won't make any progress in he NHL. Porier will take a step back. His first of many.

For the record, I want none of the bust things to occur. I like, nay love, those guys and hope they all exceed my lowered expectations.

Really like how all the booms have played, especially Gaudreau Brodie and Granlund and wish Ferland would have gotten a bit longer look.

As far as the busts Jones has played much better than I thought he was going to and I've liked the recent play of Stajan and Bollig on the 4th line although they looked really weak for much of the season, so I'm hoping they prove me wrong. I think Raymond came back too soon from injury and although I picked him as a bust I hope he turns it around for himself.
