Surviving Long Flights
Hi guys,
My new role requires me to fly quite extensively starting in September, with multiple trips scheduled to Asia. Anyone have any tips for surviving the long flight? Any gadgets worth purchasing? Upgrading isn't an option- but my shopping list currently sits at:
Ear plugs, noise cancelling headphones, and an eye mask
I'll be bringing my iPad as well- any app suggestions?

Portable charger for your iPad. Also some sort of stand for it so you aren't holding or balancing it.
If you haven't flown long distance before, I also recommend bringing a bottle of pop or water, and some snacks. (Buy the drink after security.) There are times you will go hours without seeing a flight attendant.

I think i watched about 7 travel shows when I flew to Taipei.

Load your tablet with movies / TV shows that you want to catch up on.
Booze always helps as well.

Get a pair of comfortable slippers and a good pair of travel sweat pants. You can change past security into your sweats and slippers. Also get a pair of those long socks that help blood circulation in your legs
Have a couple Jamison's and nighty night

I agree with the slippers and comfy pants. I also like to choose an aisle seat so I can get up and walk around without disturbing anyone. If the center row is 3 seats or less I try to get the aisle there so if I am sleeping the person beside me has the option to go the other way.

He'll blend in if his flight ever goes thru Edmonton.......
I'd suggest downloading porn, train yourself to watch hours of porn and keep your hands north of the equator.........
