Here in Southern AB it is pretty comon knowledge that one or two drinks turns the mormon girls into nymphos, the trick is getting them to have one or two drinks.

That means they are more than likely "nymphos", as you so delicately put it (I prefer the term, you know, "normal" since sexuality is a totally normal part of human expression and women shouldn't be categorized differently for enjoying it), anyway and are sexually repressed by religious persecution and family shaming. I know because I was in a serious relationship with a mormon girl for 2 years and the hypocrisy is only slightly less maddening than their brainwashing and cultural oppression of sex.
And can we get back on topic please?

Horrible thing to happen to him, but I must ask, at what amount is too much? Are people intending to make him a millionaire? He already has $80,000, which is more than enough to help him out of this situation. I think there is a line when it becomes exploitation and it is hovering on the line right now.
I was going to donate to him, but after seeing he already has more than enough, I have made a small donation to Amnesty international for LGBT rights.

Yeah, donating to registered charities is probably better. $80,000 is far more than enough to help him get his start.
Though, I think a lot of these crowndfunders are starting to get out of hand, and often, people don't honor their bids? Wasn't there just 60,000 for chili or something? Anyway, sometimes getting the money is the hard part. I doubt he gets the full amount.

Yeah, I know that, and I would assume it would be charged immediately so it's all confirmed and such, just that I heard fraudulent bids were starting to become popular on sites like these. Not exactly sure how. I can think of a few ways, but they're unnecessarily complicated and could land you in a lot of trouble for something that just amounts to a prank so I'm not sure I'm on the right track there.
Who knows, maybe what I heard was wrong.

No problem with him posting the video.
They want to dump guilt and shame on him? Right back at ya.
Mind you these folks are probably more ashamed that their kid is gay than their attitude towards it.

Did HE post the video, or did he send it to Dan Savage, who published it with the gay teen's permission?
I have no problem either way, but it does change motive and scope.

If he gets a million dollars good for him, turned his crappy situation into profit. He's not really exploiting anyone, they are giving him money voluntarily.

The Catholic church teaches that it is a person's good works that earn them their way into heaven. This is the definition of religion and what sets the Christian faith apart from religion. The Bible teaches that there is nothing a person can do to earn their way to heaven on their own, it is only through repentance and faith in Jesus that one can get right with God and make it to heaven.

Sorry, I was not sure if those were typos or not. I will clear up some points:
There are multiple bibles floating around, the Jewish religion follows the original, written about 1,000 BC. You guys added to those books - to Jews, that is no longer the bible.
Heaven is not in the Jewish bible. Jews only have their life right now - not some afterlife thing. Your definition of religion is just yours, not everyone else's. Jewish people typically have no faith in an afterlife and 'repent' to those they may have done wrong to. In other words, if you did something bad to someone, you are supposed to make things right. Not say sorry to a god or whatever.
That books you guys consider holy, although you call it the bible, is not everyone's bible. Your version is more like a 'part two' and it has no connection to the part one. Different authors, different audience, different actors, different stories, different studio, etc.
Ours was written a long time ago, by probably 4 or so people. Our was likely based on existing mythology at the time. I don't doubt for a second our book is pure fiction.

Again, your bible not all bibles.

1) Most gay guys are not effeminate
2) Not every effeminate guy is gay
3) I've lived through coming out. Trust me...I have far thicker skin than you do.

Congrats, I know many guys who have very feminin voices and they're, you guessed it, gay. it's no big deal at all it's no different than people making fun of southern accent, or the dumb NY accent, or even Canadians for saying eh.

Using someone's voice to determine their sexuality is very different than using an accent to figure out where they are from. For many kids, having a feminine voice has led them to be essentially told that they are gay from a very young age and bullied for it. It is a very big deal for them.
