No problem man. Looks like you are enjoying your phone. I had the same issue thinking about the case I was going to put on it... though in the end I decided to just buy a bumper to protect things from a huge drop. Unfortunately Zagg does not make screen protectors for the Oneplus (much smaller addressable market than Samsung) and the only one I would consider now is a glass one anyways. You'll know what I mean when you actually get to feel a glass one.



Paypal unfortunately screws you on the exchange rate by charging an additional 1-2% on top of what your credit card already charges. So... yea... That sucks.

EDIT: In case anyone was wondering still waiting for my friend to get her invites but I expect three more to give away here when those show up. I'm hoping it's soon in any case and will hand those out whenever I get them (expect that to be my last batch... gave away my invites as well as another friends already here)... One of the other people who ordered may get things rolling before myself though.

Yeah, mine ended up being $422. Still an amazing price for the phone!

Sorry guys, I've been away on a mini-vacation with a place with crappy DSL and no cell service.

I've had the phone for about a week now. I share most the same feelings as the rest of the people. The phone feels awesome. Great build quality. I got the $10 case from OPO but I think I may buy a better one, I dont trust this one to cover my phone if it drops.

The phone is big. When I got my S2X, I think it was the biggest phone on the market at the time, and people scoffed at the size. Now when I look at it, thne look at my OPO, I wonder how I got by with a small ass screen.

The camera on it is top notch. Absolutely incredible. The colors are vibrant and the panaroma feature are mind blowing. With a 2 year old running around, it's much easier to grab my phone for a picture then grab the DSLR, so I appreciate the high end camera.

Now the negatives. Reception is terrrrible. No matter where I am in Victoria, I cant get over 1-2 bars. Speed Tests fail due to network issues. They had a fix on Friday, but it hasnt fixed it at all. I heard custom roms fix this issue, but i'm already running CM, I dont wanna flash it unless I have too.

Still waiting on invites - which will of course be given out on here.

What service provider are you with? I get crappy signal inside buildings with Wind (due to no decent spectrum), don't want to get any crappier than it is on my Nexus 4.

I received an invite today from a buddy of mine. I ordered the 64 GB version.

I also ordered the flip cover (white), along with 4 other cases I found on Amazon (2 different CruzerLite colours, BoxWave TPU and Niikin Frosted Matte hard case).

I'll let you guys know which case I like best and give a review of each one.

And before anyone asks, my invite to pass out is spoken for, unless my buddy gets one tomorrow. I guess OnePlus had a contest on Instagram and they're giving away 10,000 invites tomorrow.

You do get three of them per phone bought.

Did you consider this folio case? It's not bad, my coworker bought one and it seems quite nice.

If there is 3 given per phone purchased, then 2 will go to CP and the other to my buddy.

However, I did come across this in the FAQ:

When will I receive invites to share?

Makes me wonder if they are holding back on the invites because of their big giveaway.

Might be trying to avoid any issues with productions not matching orders.

My Nexus 4 has not stopped sending/receiving MMS's while I'm on wifi (as soon as wifi icon show up, the 3G icon beside the cell signal disappears, and no more MMS).
Super annoying.

I need an invite or a Nexus 6 announcement soon.

It's been discussed in here that you can pre-pay the brokerage fees. But how do you go about doing that? Anyone have a link or whatever? Should I have done this before ordering? What's involved?

At the door I paid $10+$20.83+$5 = $35.83. You can actually save the $5 if you pre-pay DHL the duty + GST online ahead of time apparently but I didn’t know you could do that at the time.
