Hopefully American Gladiators as well. I don`t think I will ever forget Two Scoops, Wesley Berry.

Has Shaw indicated what the extra cost is going to be?

No indication of price yet. Seems the extra channels are included with TSN2 for now.

They better not increase the rate. I don't have any intentions of watching more Leafs, Jets or Habs games like the advertising was saying. Or I have no intention of watching Darts, Cricket, Lacrosse or whatever else they can put. Not worth an extra $5 or more if they do increase the rate.

Those are regional broadcasts, so you won't have the choice of watching them anyway.

I'm actually going to appreciate these a lot because even now when there are two major sporting events that come on at the same time it takes up both TSN's and you're either stuck watching golf, tennis or the idiots on SN. I think this is going to be a good thing.

I suspect at this point they haven't really put much for programing together. If that's how the channels are going to be it would suck but it would be really funny....

That's likely how it will be for most of their schedule.

The only time they'll really get use out of all five channels is when there is a major event going on with multiple simultaneous games. The US Open coverage is different matches on each channel.

Most days, the TSN 3-5 feeds will likely be Sportscentre on a loop for 18-20 hours.

Don't expect them to ever be airing 100+ hours of original programming each day across the five channels.

It works for stuff like Grand Slam tennis because in early rounds, the three channels are showing different match-ups, which allows the audience to choose which match they want to watch.

This Saturday morning, there will be three different EPL games on as well. Viewer choice. It's good.

EDIT: Didn't see getbak's similar reply after the page break.

My Shaw TV listing have not updated at all. No channels exist between 235 and 241.

I punch in 236 and it jumps me to 241. Im on Shaw Gateway... Anyone else having this issue?

In my day we used to get Soccer Made In Germany once a week on PBS, and we liked it!

The day they came into effect, I saw my box had been rebooted as it turned on on channel 1. Just unplug your Gateway for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Check if the channels are there once the guide shows up.

I have Gateway and they appeared immediately.

But as someone said, a reboot will probably do the trick

Haven't seen the channels in Lethbridge yet. Any other Lethy peeps have the channels or inquired withShaw yet? I've rebooted to no avail.
