I normally dont care too much for who does the play by play. But this is absolutely fantastic. If I could pick one guy it would be Ball. The total package as far as I am concerned.

I need to hear him call a game before I give out high fives but it can't be worse than Rob Kerr.

I was happier with Mark Lee, but oh well.

Yes, and his catch phrase is, and get used to this because it is about the ONLY problem anyone will have with him "And the D man Activates".

Besides that, Utterly AMAZING news that Ball is in fact the guy for the Flames PbP. Him and Hrudey will be awesome together. They really were my favorite games to watch all of last season.

I would have loved if Mark Lee was the guy to CGY, but Ball is.... Ballin'!

Apologies for the slang but really I am a happy camper right now.

Obviously a matter of opinion but I'm not a fan of Cuthbert. Seems to have a hate for Calgary when I've listened to him. As for Ball, I can't say I've got an opinion as I can't put his voice to calling a game. Needless to say most opinions on here indicate this is good news. I hope so.
