Rules updated

Folks - I've updated our rules page.
Da_Chief did an initial edit which I've since then updated with some of the more recent changes.
If anything is still unclear please let me know.
The formatting at this point isn't great - but I thought it more important to get the better language out there.

Looks good.

So if the 2015 NHL draft is set for June 26/27 we can expect our draft to be on the 20th? I know it seems early to discuss this but I need to book fishing trips by early September and two of those will occur in June.. earlier we figure that out the greater chance I will actually be here to participate.

looks good and thorough,

one thing I don't see discussed (may have missed it) but its a minor one that has come up a few times in the past relates to positions and deployment of forwards (ie C versus W) on the PK, esp 5 on3
