Stopped ay Bulk Barn to get some pickling spice today, came home with dozens of different types of candy and dried fruit--about $60 dollars worth.
Yup, sweet tooth.

I really wish I could be rich and send everybody a bottle of the Phillips " Captain elctro intergalactic root beer. If your outside of Vancouver or Vancouver Island you can only find it in BC. For those traveling BC here are the outside locations.

Dang it -- I love Root Beer and drive right past this place twice on our holiday last week.
In conclusion, I have never seen someone so passionate about root beer, and am both impressed and think we should be friends.

Ya I am . You get to use all your beer brewing skills and equipment. Not much difference between the two. If you ever want to make your own I can give you some tips.
Once you get good at it a perfect root beer with homemade ice cream mixed with a splash of Bourbon in it is absolutely delicious.

Have you tried Fanta's cream soda? Clear and has a distinct vanilla taste without a ton of carbonation. I can't drink the Crush kind anymore after having that.

There's two things I can't get enough of, and they're hard for me to avoid: late night pizza (from any place, don't care where it's from) and those Fruitsource bars you can find in the produce sections of grocery stores. Don't worry, they're full of sugar and are not healthy in the slightest.

Yes I have. Unfortunately the vanilla is from extract of concentrate not from brewing method.

I've been doing a Keto diet for the last few months, so sadly sugars/carbs are out of the question entirely for me. But I do have the benefit of eating as much high fat food as I want.
I have become The Baconator.

I used to smoke weed and it's well known that you get munchies from it. When you eat a weed cookie, that hunger is multiplied by 10. Things done (both stoned and sober) include...
-Eating an entire Delicio pizza before the 10 minute mark of the 1st period during a Flames game
-Go to the Keg and order the 20oz prime rib meal. In fact I still order that any time I go to the Keg, even during a work lunch wearing my work clothes.
-Eating an entire box of garlic croutons in bed
-Waking up still stoned in the middle of the night, and firing up the deep fryer and making hot wings, then going back to sleep immediately after.
-Wake up in the middle of the night, still stoned, head down to the fridge and eat half a block of cheese, a scoop of margarine and chug it all down with milk.

On Saturday, I finished off my last remaining Swanson frozen dinners. I ordered a Pizza 73 4-pak for myself on Sunday afternoon. I chose 3 pizzas with extra cheese and 1 wings (including curly fries, carrots, and two dips). It was dinner and today's breakfast. At 4 AM this morning I snuck into my cafe and made myself a double espresso iced latte with washing-machine powder sized scoop of white chocolate frappe.

You're doing it right.

Of course I should be just not drinking pop altogether but that's not what this thread is for!

They used to make a great alcoholic version of a root beer float at Loungeburger. Not sure if they do after they reworked their menu. Probably still do, drinks are easier to put together and shop for than burgers.
All the regular ingredients, but they booze it up with some vanilla vodka and root beer schnapps. As my sister used to say, 'I love it when people take things from my childhood and put booze in them!'
Alcohol and calories for you in one decadent drink. That's living large!
Speaking of which, my sister used to make this crazy good chocolate layer cake with alcohol in it. A chocolate raspberry cake. So much yum. And as for the booze, there was a chocolate raspberry filling between the layers that had Chambord I believe in it. The raspberry liqueur anyway. And Kahlua in the icing. So good. And of course, she doubled the amounts.
Childhood favorites, 'adultified'! Wonder if there's anyway to get booze into a PB&J? Course, there's PB&J shots...
Guess I'll have to look at making that cake now.

I call it car hiking. Go to the mountain (some times with the intent on getting out) but just endlessly drive around back roads. Sometimes on the way back from a good car hike I will stop and get a poutine from La bell Petite in Canmore. You know to reward myself for the hard days effort in the mountains.
I am also a sucker for the Ben and Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie with cookie dough ice cream...damn the grocery store for putting it on sale.
I like beer. I like large portions of red meat. Go team Fat!
