Impossible to choose 5, but if I had to:

The Simpsons
Futurama
South Park
Archer
Spider-Man: The Animated Series

Duckman, American Dad, Family Guy, and Bobs Burgers are easily in the mix.

That all being said, I grew up with all the Looney Tunes and Disney classics, and own all those boxsets as well. They are all fantastic (though I suppose they weren't really TV shows), especially anything Donald Duck.
