Only reason Lewis is out is because of the ratio. Chad wouldn't fix that.

Yep it does, but it applies to the 24 starters on O/D. Rarely (if ever) will a ratio penalty be called in game but teams will be fined after the fact if they make an error in their substitutions. I believe most teams are dinged once or twice through the year because of it

Twenty years after the Stamps became the first team to take the field with alternate jerseys, history will repeat itself in 2014 as the Stamps will debut a new uniform set — not just a jersey, but also a head-to-toe look including helmet, pants and socks — at the Labour Day Classic on Sept. 1.
Calgary’s latest new look is part of a CFL Signature Uniform series launched across the league this season.

Jon Cornish and Matt Walter are both on the field in helmet and shorts doing agility drills led by Dimitri Tsoumpas. That's encouraging #CFL

Great News!
Im sure they won't play Cornish until Labour Day anyway.
Hamilton this week and Ottawa the next, no need to rush him back for those games.

More injuries:
“@SUNMitchell: DT Corey Mace has turf toe. Considered questionable. LT Stanley Bryant re-injured an old knee problem. Very doubtful for Week 8. #CFL”

Sucks that Corey Mace might miss a game again due to injury. He already missed a lot of games the last few seasons.
Is OL Edwin Harrison still injured? If he is healthy, I bet he'll replace Bryant on the roster.
Stamps signed International RB Tony Harrison to the practice roster. Harrison played for Sioux Falls Storms of Indoor Football League last season.

You can never have too many guys named Harrison on the Stamps roster (active or inactive)

I'm told there's a pretty good chance Martell Mallett's groin injury will force Stamps to put him on 6-game injured list. #CFL

I wonder if they should be looking at their conditioning programs/training staff because it is getting absurd.
And it is disappointing. As a fan of a different team I would rather play the Stamps at full strength than always play an injured team

Maybe...but there is no amount of conditioning that can prevent concussions (Cornish/Walter) or a broken hand (Price), or even a turf toe (Mace). The rest of them are injuries you will find on any team...Calgary's injuries are just happening to their "star" players so it seems so much more intensified.

LT Stanley Bryant (knee) and DT Corey Mace (turf toe) aren't practising so you can safely rule them out Saturday at #Ticats #CFL

Sounds like RB Jock Sanders will not be making trip to Hamilton to face #Ticats. That leaves Charles, Cote, St. Pierre in backfield. #CFL
