He also put out the top 15 goalie prospects (1. Vasilevski; 2. Gibson).
Gillies is number 11.

So does that mean this year when Drouin and Eckblad are both playing with their respective clubs Bennett is the number one prospect in the world (according to them)?

Yeah so far Johnny has impressed more than Bennett. I am hoping both are awesome franchise cornerstones.

Would love to see the whole list, but it is pretty similar to his last top draft eligible players lists. Kind of surprising that a guy who follows developmental hockey as much as Pronman claims to would see every one of the players just drafted as besting guys from superior classes or that have a year or two of development under their belts. Of course, this is just seeing the top 10 and not getting a chance to understand his method or reasoning for evaluation. Can the OP shed some light on this?

Wow. Pronman gets hard ons for some guys (like Pierre) and places them far differently than the concencus. Nylander and Fiala jump to mind this year.

Same with Kuzneztov. He's been a huge booster of him since before he was drafted and the kid has been meh for the most part. Don't know why he would still hang around top 10 after four years of limited development.

Way too much emphasis on guys taken in 2014 IMO.
How can Anthony Mantha have the season he had last season and not be a top 10 prospect?

Kid led his KHL team in scoring as an 18, 19, and 20 year old. Not sure that is limited development.

Fiala is going to be an absolute stud. This draft wasn't weak as a whole, just very top heavy and not very deep. I think his ratings are good

Doh! Looked at the wrong Kuzneztov. Thanks for the correction. Still surprised he's still around the top 10. Never been a big KHL fan, especially for development. I mean, if Nigel Dawes is a scoring hero in the league, how good can it really be? It worked for Giordano, but it appears to be more of a league where a guy goes to earn a buck than prepare yourself for the grind of NHL hockey.

Granlund was on the "just missed" list as well.
Surprised Poirier/Klimchuck didn't get any mention in the top 110ish. I would put Poirier above Shinkaruk for sure.

Yeah, normally what I get from Pronman's rankings are he really likes slick players and doesn't much like power forwards or defensive defencemen, so I look at his rankings with a grain of salt.

Pronman isn't a fan of Poirier, he projected him as a 3rd round pick in his 2013 draft rankings.
I believe he has admitted on twitter that Poirier is a good prospect since then, but isn't dynamic enough for him to be considered a great prospect.
