I went through the process a couple of years ago, and my wife went through it last year.

It's incredibly frustrating having to deal with 5 or 6 different government agencies, with zero communication ability between them. Much worse though when you aren't changing it due to marriage.

I have no issues with the method of response, but why colourize the word red? I made it through kindergarten...I know what red looks like.

The word dat, and people who use the word dat, grind my gears.
When you say, "Dat ass" or "Dat money tho", you sound stupid. You may as well just end it with amirite.

Even better is when one of these emails is pasted in a ticket for tracking IT work. Where everything is black and white. Awesome.

Hmm. At work the other day, one of the ladies there as having the worst case of the Mondays. She had an epic meltdown, and threw me under the bus to my supervisor. She was probs jelly of my swag. I mean, at the end of the day, it is what it is. Just another day in paradise when you're livin' the dream, I suppose. Totes ironic though. But for all intensive purposes, she may be cray but she said something that got me in the feels. She said "Amazeballs hashtag twittersphere hipster" and I said "I know, right?" She handed me tree-fiddy and tipped my fedora. Dat ass tho.
 Edit: yolo.

Anyone who uses the term 'slippery slope' in any context for any reason. There has never been any instance of a slippery slope effect accidentally happening. If there is a following effect to a decision, it's because someone has planned it beforehand.
If one uses the term 'slippery slope' it's because they know that they have lost an argument, and they must now rely solely on fear tactics. Watch a politically themed channel on tv, and take a shot every time somebody says this. It's the only way to take the edge off of the overwhelming irritation. It effectively stops reasonable dialogue.

"You can't pass this bill on the licensing of pets! It's a slippery slope to licensing trees, rocks, people and eventually cannibalism! Is that what you're after? Eating licensed people?"

Add to this the fact that they can't even seem to freeze their ice cream properly anymore. Yes, I know it's soft serve, but c'mon, you shouldn't have to drink the first 1/3 of your Blizzard!

Just this weekend I was in a race and complained about a slippery slope. The trail was a hand cut line between two mountains with a lot of overgrown vegetation. It had rained the night before so the descent was muddy and I slipped and slid down a bit.

It starts becoming a slippery slope when organizers allow an event to go ahead on mild slippery slopes. They'll just keep ratcheting up the amount of slippery-ness that's permitted. Eventually any amount of slip on any steepness of slope will be allowed.
