nah, but I bet Huff was looking forward to shaking his hand with a obligatory "Good Game!" then pulling him in and whispering in his ear "you'll forever be my b*tch, I'll destroy you every single f***ing game" then pulling away with a big grin on his face
now the opportunity is lost...

No Matt Walter today, Brander Craighead was on crutches and is "very doubtful" and Brett Jones looks good to go for Saturday.

The only thing I hate about Charles aside from playing for the Riders or Eskimos is backflip TD celebrations even though his team is losing badly. Backflipping celebrations is okay if your team is winning not when you are losing badly.
Anyways with Charles or Mallette with Jock Sanders, we'll have a lot of threats in punt or kick returns.

^^^ Got me thinking -- given the amount of turnover in players from team to team (Dwight Anderson also comes to mind), I wonder how much information sharing happens. More pertinent on offence I would imagine, but with audibles and other schemes, I would think a guy like Hugh Charles could give the Stamps some insider information about the Riders.
No idea if that happens here or anywhere else, but I'd be curious to know...

I think we're seeing the wind up of Nik as a Stampeder, and maybe its not going to be a amicable parting.

He doesnt seem like the same Nik since his ankle injury.

With Martell Mallett drawing into lineup, an American needs to sit. Looks like Nik Lewis odd man out as healthy scratch for Stamps. #cfl

With both Cornish and Walter out, I was wondering who would have to sit due to the ratio. I believe Nik will still contribute at some point this season, but it may end up being his last...
