I have in fact seen the wedding photos and can confirm that Sliver was rocking a delightful blue/grey short sleeve "dress" shirt with what appears to be a patterened tie remniscent of a Q-bert level.

In light of new evidence, I fully retract my original claim of Sliver trolling his own thread and suggest the new conclusion that both himself as well as Ms. Sliver were completely unaware of the fashion atrocities he was comitting. She had a nice dress though.

I have a zipper tie that lights up. It's a christmas theme but if you want to borrow it for a wedding let me know. Easy to do up and very classy.

Also seems odd to me that you don't want to tie a tie. It's a multitude easier than tying a figure 8 knot for climbing, or even a shoelace if you ask me. But to each his own I guess.

I'm sure it's been pointed out in the first eight pages, but there's no way that you find it easy to tie a tie but don't want to. Those two statements are at odds with one another.

If this is true, why don't you? What logical sane reason would make you go 'yeah, even though it takes 30 seconds and looks a whole hell of a lot better, I'd rather spend extra time and money to find a crappy clip on.'

It can take a little practice to learn, but it's like riding a bike. You don't forget it once you do. Nor do you ever say, 'well I got this, now let's look at my options in clip on!'

I love ironing, when I was in I never spit polished my boots, always traded for ironing duty. Iron, shirts, wet towel, spray starch and my discman good evening.
