Trying to think which banned poster wastedyouth reminds me of. Which one was always so condescending. EddyBeers?
I thought EddyBeers is New Era.
I could always start an anti-NCAA thread and we would find out quick.
I think McGrattan has played better than I thought but he still pretty poor overall and his minutes are probably better served by using someone else. But considering he seems to try as hard as anyone else and is a well liked guy I am fine if they keep giving him the minutes he is getting.

, but players playing in defensive/grinder/energy lines will always allow more shots than other lines.
Sure, if they're asked to play against better players that intuitavily makes sense. The problem is that McGrattan isn't... he actually plays against other teams worst guys and still gets his head kicked in (in terms of play). McGrattan plays against other 4th liners so it's not like he's contributing to getting outshot by the Sedins... he's contributing to getting outshot by other defensive/grinder/energy lines.
First time Jackman has done something like that as a Flame, to be fair to the guy
That play was inexcusable. I seldom say a player should be put in the press box for a single play or mistake, but Jackman doesn't deserve to see the ice for a while after that idiotic cheap shot.

Plus he's terrible.

I wonder what the whole "mutant" reference is to? McGrattan is like a mutant enforcer in that he's probably the best in the league or one of the best anyway...it's interesting though.

He probably thinks it's some hip new lingo and nobody has the balls to tell him otherwise.
Yeah I had to unfollow him. Love the guy on the ice, but there's only so many pictures a grown man can take with a pomeranian with a bowtie hair clip before it becomes weird
