Default Mystery Machine Van
Anyone know what the deal is with the Mystery Machine van (from Scooby Doo) that is around Calgary? For the longest time it was parked on 17th avenue then around the time of the Greek Festival they moved it over to the little crappy shop area in Spruce Cliff and it's been sitting there ever since. I drive past it every day and always wonder what the story behind it is and why it never moves.

Well, they wrecked old man Kostopoulos's plans to ruin the Greek fair and are now in search of the rumored Abominable Algonquian Land Monster said to rome the golf course and steal the balls from errant shots and to shout out "Nanny Nanny poo poo" during back swings.

I love that thing. I point it out to my girlfriend every time we drive past it and she rolls her eyes and tells me I pointed it out last time.

That thing is a masterpiece and I want it.

Sounds like me every time I see a Jurassic Park jeep. Not that it's that often but I have seen them a few times on my travels. I always tell my wife .. "one day it will be mine."

I saw it last year parked behind Phoenix Comics on 17th. I just assumed it belonged to someone there.

It's owned by one of the guys at Phoenix Comics. BetaCuts (http://betacuts.com) did the vinyl work on it.
