Last time Brazil was in a 3rd place game, the screwjob they got in 1978 in Argentina never losing a game, one of the best goals in any WC against the Italians.
Long before ultra high tech balls (Tango FTW) and boots (Copa Mundial FTW) to swing the ball in ridiculous directions, Nelino with this swerver:

They want to put on a show! Brazil is playing in front of a big crowd and want to salvage something, Van Gaal decided to match it.
I got a feeling Brazil will play with some style, they've been creamed the last 5 days for playing ugly.

Crowd seems to be on Brazil's side... at least for the anthems.

De Guzman in for Sneijder who pulled a hammy in the warmup.
You can cheer for Brazil now.

Yep but that would have ruined a 3rd place game.
If he had ruled it outside the box it would have been a red

Not giving the card it deserves also ruins the integrity of the match IMO.
Beautifully taken penalty.

If they lose 7-1 again there might actually be a riot. No need for a red, at this point it's piling on Brazil.

Slightly offside but that is some pathetic defense.
