Of course this time they have excuses in Neymar and Silva missing.
Marcello and Hulk the only Brazialians with some life still in them.
We are yet to see Brazil and Germany score in the same match.

Marcello is still my favorite Brazillian.
Big Phil got his lineup all wrong (it may not have mattered anyways).
Luiz isn't a good defender at the best of times (Silva protects him) and you move him to a weaker right defense position. Fernandinho was only in the lineup to kick South Americans, won't work against the Germans and Bernard is 5 foot nothing going against a big German defense.
It may take a butt-whoppin like this to make Brazil reassess. They have played some ugly football over the last 8 years and become unlikable. They need to back to their samba ways. Start with a true no 9 not named Fred.

Was thinking the same thing.
If it was a close loss with a controversial decision of some kind there would have been riots for sure.
But with it being the way it is, and with it being over 30 minutes into the game, it might not be as much of an issue. More tears than anger.

I had a feeling Brazil would be in trouble, but never would've seen this type of ass kicking coming. They look worse than amateurs out there. Mentally unprepared. You could even see in the first 10 mins before the goals started, Germany had way too many openings in the attack end. Brutal.

No excuses. Worst Brazil squad ever.
Wonder what odds you would get on them now to win the WC?

Tourists in any big Brazillian cities should take shelter right now, it won't be pretty from here on.

Unreal, Fernandinho doesn't get his kicks in but they replace Hulk and not Fred?
Hummels off.

Fred finishes the tournament the way he started it.
By doing nothing else except diving in the box.

Kind of too bad that it happened so early. Was looking like a future classic in the beginning, both sides fighting hard for every bal, great pace and lots of good little things happeng.
Spain at least was kind enough to collapse in the 2nd half, kept the game interesting longer.

That's not what happened in Vancouver. Boston whipped them.
Riots for sure. It will be a reaction to the money spent and the humiliation of this game.

Was thinking exactly the same thing. Brazil looked promising after 5 minutes.

Or Löw wants to give Brazil at least a consolation goal. He's a huge piece. And it's a Neuer show now.
Also just realized that Brazil still has a game to play. If they lose THAT one, I think you're guaranteed some riots.

It's football. They care.
Especially if they have to play Argentina. Losing to Argentina would be the ultimate humiliation.

Fred is unbelievably bad, hard to understand why he's started every game. I didn't think Brazil had the talent to win this WC (surprised they made it past Colombia), but I really have not been impressed with Scolari's tactics or player decisions at all.
